Thai food prepared by the Thai ambassador to Oman anyone?

In the Grand Hyatt Muscat's second instalment of it's Ambassador Guest Chef series, His Excellency Thai Ambassador Pornchai Danvivathana will be taking his turn in the kitchen, this time at the Marjan restaurant alongside the Park Hyatt Dubai's "The Thai Kitchen" chef Supattra Boonsrang this coming Tuesday 1st December.

Prices will be A la carte off of the menu, but with the added fun of having it prepared by HE Ambassador Pornchai. I went along to the first one of these events with the American ambassador Holtz and it was a lot of fun meeting with her in such an informal setting.

You can check out the menu at Marjan by clicking here, and the Park Hyatt guest chef Supattra will be continuing at the restaurant until Thursday 3rd December.

If you'd like to reserve seats, especially for the Tuesday, you can do so by calling the hotel on +964 2464 1234 or by emailing muscat.dining@hyatt.com
