Eid hotel offers round up

Well last week saw the announcement of another massive Eid holiday, I'm pretty pleased with this because maybe I'll finally get around to installing the cat flap I bought months ago into my back door... maybe.

So I've done a whip-round of the local hotels (and some further afield too) to see what they're offering people this Eid... and here is what I found out:

Grand Hyatt Muscat

Grand room for RO 124, or if you book for three nights on this link, you can get a 25% discount on best available rate, and a  number of other discounts around the hotel's bars and restaurants.

InterCon Muscat

Minimum 2 night stay required, kids under 12 stay free, breakfast and dinner included at Musandam Restaurants for RO161 but make sure you book on this link to get the deal. They are also running their Oktoberfest party at the Al Ghazal pub up until the 11th October, from noon till 3pm or 5 till 10:45pm - RO 10 including 1 beer.

Sifawy Hotel

Double room is RO 80++ per night including breakfast, Double marina suite is RO 100++ per night with breakfast. On the 6th of October between 9am-noon there's a boat trip to Bandar Khiran including refreshments and snorkel equipment for RO 35/adults RO 25/kids.


Crowne Plaza Duqm

RO 55++ for a Sea View Double room including breakfasts. Eid Special Lunch Buffet RO 12++ at Souq Restaurant.

Crowne Plaza Sohar

RO 59++ for a double room including breakfast, or RO 69++ for a double room including breakfast and dinner.

Crowne Plaza Salalah

RO 85++ for a double room including breakfast

Park Inn Muscat

RO 80 per night, stay 4 nights pay for 3 nights. Including breakfast and 25% discount on all food and drink in the hotel.

Marriott Resort Salalah

Studio Chalet RO 35, Deluxe room RO 45

Al Bustan Palace

RO 215 per night to stay during Eid, but from 10th October they will be launching their Brunch, RO 19.9 with soft drinks or RO 29.9 with bubbly and premium beverages

Alila Jebel Akhdar

There's no special Eid rates here, but they're offering specials on their spa treatments and 2-3 night stays (whatever that means).

Rotana Resort Salalah

Stay 3 nights pay for 2, RO 70 including breakfast and a 15% discount on spa treatments.

Radisson Blu

RO 109 per night including breakfast.

Al Nahda Resort

RO 69 for an Executive Suite, RO 79 for a Premium Suite and RO 120 for a Royal Suite. All rates include breakfast, and are per night.
