I learned yesterday that the 8yr old son of an expat family here in Muscat who was a Muscat Pirate youth rugby player sadly passed away whilst on holiday in India earlier this week. The Anderson family are currently still in India with their 2 remaining son's, one of who is in ICU with similar symptoms to his deceased brother.
I can't even imagine how I personally would be handling this situation if this was my family and I'd already lost one of my kids. There is a fund raiser on Fundly to help raise some funds to support the family with the burden of medical bills, flights to the UK, burial costs and other expenses. Every little helps.
