It's that time of the year again, schools are looking towards the end of their year with the summer term under way and the summer has finally just about arrived, which means the ball season is heading for it's traditional end - the MRFC Oval Ball.
This year the ball is being held a bit earlier than normal, on the 12th of May. Things get started with a drinks reception at 8:00 PM followed by dinner, live band (the T Band - voted the best band in Oman late last year in the battle of the bands) and DJ at the Grand Hyatt Ballroom, Muscat. 50 OMR for non-members and 45 OMR for members. Tables have up to 10 spots available on them.
The bar is open, the booze is premium, and it flows all night. Great entertainment from the T Band and also the DJ who's being flown in especially for the event.
