Starting tomorrow, 30th November and running until the 4th of December is a South African food promotion at the Grand Hyatt. Each day on the Safari rooftop Head Chef Matt from Coobs restaurant in JoBurg will be serving up some Saffer fare for dining guests.

In addition to this, Denzel Heath (who is a fancy bar tender from SA) will be serving up cocktails in John Barry Bar until the 4th. He looks like he knows what he's doing in a cocktail bar, here's a video of him making a fancy cup of tea...
