Just a small post to note that MRFC has recommenced it's pre-season fitness training sessions this evening. They meet at the ABA tennis courts every Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm until September, and then they resume training on the grass pitch.

Even if you're not sure if you like rugby, it's worth it to venture down and try it out, currently it's just crazy fitness sessions run by some cross-fit fanatics.

Back to my vacation now...
