Tomorrow, April 8th, there is the 2013 Walkathon which is for awareness and research of Alzheimers disease as well as road safety.
It all kicks off at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Stadium in Bowsher, from 4:30pm. Registration to walk is free and its a good way to get outside and take a little exercise as well as help a great cause.
