The nice people at D'Arcy's have been in touch to spread the news about their new Buddha Bowls. Which, to be fair, look really good (I'm a sucker for grilled Halloumi). Their description sounds perfect so I'll just copy it here:
They are bursting with healthy, nutritious flavours and textures!
Fresh greens (kale, baby spinach and baby rocket leaves) with black quinoa(Gluten-free), grilled Halloumi cheese, roasted butternut pumpkin, minted labneh, sweet corn kernels, juicy cherry tomatoes and avocado. Served with Lemon Olive Oil dressing and sprinkled with toasted pumpkin-, flax- and sunflower seeds!
Happiness in a bowl!
